Welcome to Skittles, where the magic of gymnastics comes to life!
During our one-hour sessions, children will dive into the exciting world of gymnastics, mastering the basics across all events including floor, vault, bars, and beam.
Participants will expand their physical capacity, developing key skills such as coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance. Our age-appropriate lesson plans are designed specifically for 5-7 year olds.
During our hour and a half-long sessions, participants will have the opportunity to explore gymnastics on all events, including floor, bars, beam, and vault. Led by our experienced instructors, each lesson is carefully crafted to engage and inspire children while focusing on age-appropriate skill development.
Through a combination of structured activities, stations, and exercises, children will not only learn the fundamentals of gymnastics but also develop coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance.
Welcome to Drills & Skills, our comprehensive beginner gymnastics class designed specifically for youth aged 10-15 years old!
Whether you’re new to the sport or looking to refine your skills, Drills & Skills provides a supportive and engaging environment where participants can explore gymnastics on all events.
Our goal at Drills & Skills is to instill a love for the sport and physical movement while helping each participant learn and progress their skill levels. Through a combination of structured drills, exercises, and hands-on instruction, participants will develop fundamental gymnastics skills while building strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Building upon the skills acquired in our Skittles class, Raisinets offers a more challenging environment where young gymnasts can continue to progress and excel in the four gymnastics events.
Throughout the class, children will have the opportunity to further develop their physical capacity, refining their coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance. With a focus on progressive skill-building and mastery, Raisinets provides the perfect platform for young gymnasts to push their boundaries and reach new heights of achievement.

This high-energy class is designed for young gymnasts who are ready to move beyond the basics! Our Advanced 3–5 Gymnastics class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through structured skill progressions and fun, age-appropriate challenges. Gymnasts will work on advanced preschool skills such as forward rolls, cartwheel progressions, handstand shapes, balance beam skills, jumping and landing techniques, and bar support skills.
Starburst offers a thrilling and challenging environment where young gymnasts build upon the foundation laid in Raisinets.
Throughout the class, children will have the opportunity to further develop their physical capacity and refine their technique, focusing on advanced skills and maneuvers tailored to their age and ability level.
With a comprehensive approach to training, Starburst provides the perfect platform for young gymnasts to progress and achieve their full potential.
This is our most advanced gymnastics class for 5–7 year old who demonstrate exceptional strength, coordination, focus, and coachability.
This invitation-only level is designed for gymnasts who are ready to refine technique, master more complex skills, and train with increased discipline and confidence.
Gymnasts in Super Starburst work on advanced progressions across all events, emphasizing proper form, body control, flexibility, and strength. Classes move at a faster pace and include structured drills, skill combinations, and conditioning that challenge athletes while keeping training fun and motivating.
Welcome to Razzles, our exhilarating advanced gymnastics class designed for children aged 8-10 years old! Building upon the skills acquired in our Jr. Mints class, Razzles offers a challenging and dynamic environment where young gymnasts can progress and perfect their skills across all events.
Throughout the class, children will have the opportunity to work on a variety of advanced skills, including pullovers and back hip circles on bars, back walkovers, drills for back handsprings, connecting tumbling sequences, perfecting flatbacks, and working on more advanced skills on vault.
Additionally, participants will practice cartwheels on the high beam, refining their technique and building confidence at greater heights.
Building upon the foundation laid in our Glides & Strides class, Kips & Flips offers a thrilling and challenging environment where young gymnasts develop their skills on various apparatus including floor, bars, beam, and vault.
From mastering basic techniques to advancing to more complex maneuvers, our goal is to help each boy build confidence, strength, agility, and coordination.
