GCA began its journey in November 2009 with a single 22,700 sq. ft. facility dedicated to providing quality training and a supportive environment for young athletes. Over the years, our commitment to excellence, community, and growth has allowed us to expand into three thriving locations—now totaling 118,124 square feet of gym, dance, parkour, and preschool space.

We proudly offer our programs across three locations, making it easier for families to be part of our community.
Each location provides the same high-quality coaching, welcoming atmosphere, and exciting programs for all ages and skill levels.

Our gymnastics program helps athletes build strength, flexibility, confidence, coordination, and discipline through fun, safe, and progressive training for all ages and skill levels.

A fun and developmentally focused movement program that helps young children build confidence, coordination, motor skills, and social development through play-based activities.

An exciting dance program where students explore movement, creativity, confidence, and technique through a variety of dance styles for all skill levels.

A high-energy program focused on cheerleading, tumbling, teamwork, confidence, and athletic skill development in a supportive environment.

An inclusive recreational program designed to support individuals with special needs through adaptive movement, social interaction, and confidence-building activities.

An action-packed program that combines obstacle training, gymnastics, parkour, and character development to build strength, agility, discipline, and confidence.
At GCA, we believe the impact of sports goes far beyond the gym. We partner with organizations that share our commitment to helping children grow with confidence, character, and purpose.
GCA proudly partners with YSEF, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making youth athletics accessible to all families. Through scholarships, program assistance, and community outreach, YSEF helps remove barriers so more children can experience the confidence, friendships, teamwork, and life skills that come from sports.
