GCA Parkour and Freerunning

GCA Parkour is dedicated to instructing students, of any age or ability, in a safe and progressive manner. Our coaches run a disciplined class teaching safety first, and progressing from there. Our unique movement-based curriculum aims to, mentally and physically challenge and engage all students of any age or ability level.  

Parkour is the act of using ones body, in creative ways, to move through an environment as quickly and efficiently as possible. Parkour integrates focus, momentum, style, precision and power into controlled physical movement.  Learn to run, climb, jump, swing and flip in a controlled, safe and progressive environment with our Certified Parkour coaches.

Enrollment is rolling. You may sign up at anytime and will be pro-rated Accordingly. This is NOT a Monthly Membership. When you register for a class at GCA you are committing to finishing out the current session and are responsible for the remaining class tuition.

Unlimited Parkour for Ages 9-11. Our Parkour program runs on a rolling 10 week/$300 session basis. The Sessions are as followed:
