GCA Parkour and Freerunning

GCA Parkour is dedicated to instructing students, of any age or ability, in a safe and progressive manner. Our coaches run a disciplined class teaching safety first, and progressing from there. Our unique movement-based curriculum aims to, mentally and physically challenge and engage all students of any age or ability level.  

Parkour is the act of using ones environment to get from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible. Parkour integrates focus, momentum, style, precision and power into controlled physical movement.  Learn to run, climb, jump, swing and flip in a controlled, safe and progressive environment with our Certified Parkour coaches.

Unlimited Parkour for Ages 9-11. Our Parkour program runs on a rolling 10 week/$300 session basis. The Sessions are as followed: 

September 4 – November 10
November 12 – January 19
January 21 – March 30
April 1 – June 8

 

Unlimited Parkour for Ages 12-14. Our Parkour program runs on a rolling 10 week/$300 session basis. The Sessions are as followed:
