Meet The Milford Team Coaches

Chris

Chris has been involved in gymnastics since she was 7 years old. She has been coaching since she was 15. She knows all of the ins and outs of the gymnastics world, including coaching team, teaching classes for all age groups, choreography, and gym ownership. When she is not teaching, she spends her free time with her husband and two boys. Chris loves children and that makes coaching all the more fulfilling for her. She’s a lifer.

Karelys
Karelys began her gymnastics journey at 8 years old and continued competitively until she was 16. She competed at various locations and finished her competitive career at GCA in 2012. Karelys joined the GCA family in 2018. What Karelys says about coaching: “The most rewarding thing about coaching gymnastics is watching the kids set goals for themselves and use coaches helping them achieve those goals”
