Spirit School Yoga of this age is based on the principles of empowering children to make their own decisions while experiencing their surroundings. He or she will mimic, play and connect naturally which guides them into practicing their own yoga. This class will include fun props that stimulate sensory perception, creativity and joy. This yoga class is for children of varied abilities and needs.
