Ninja Zone Classes for Kids are here! By opening up the world of Ninja to your child, you are providing a unique way to focus their energy. Practicing the sport of Ninja exercises the body and mind, builds character and cultivates discipline. Ninja Zone is a ton of fun for kids and instills discipline, values and techniques that provide an important foundation for your child’s success.

GCA’s Ninja program is dedicated to instructing students in a safe and progressive manner. Our coaches run a disciplined class teaching safety first, and progressing from there. Our unique movement-based curriculum aims to, mentally and physically challenge and engage all students of any ability level.

OUR CLASSES

Baby Ninjas

Length: 45 Minutes
Ages: 1.5 – 3 years
Cost: $129.50 per month
Perfect opportunity for your baby to climb, jump, swing and socialize! We create an environment where they can try new things and push their proprioception to the limits! Plus, our emphasis on play ensures that every class is an adventure they’ll want to experience again and again.

Lil’ Ninjas

Length: 45 Minutes
Ages: 3 – 4 years
Cost: $129.50 per month
Lil’ Ninjas teaches invaluable skills like body awareness and coachability, giving your child the tools they need to excel. Ninja increases agility and strength while teaching whole-body coordination and essential safety skills like falling and rolling. By making learning fun and engaging, we instill a sense of fearlessness that will serve your child for a lifetime.

Lil’ Ninjas 2

Length: 1 Hour
Ages: 4 – 5 years
Cost: $143.70 per month
Lil’ Ninjas 2 teaches invaluable skills like body awareness and coachability, giving your child the tools they need to excel. Ninja White

Length: 1 Hour
Ages: 5 – 7 + 8 – 11 years
Cost: $143.70 per month
Ninja White is a fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, parkour, and character building. These programs are the foundation of whole-body movement and the mind-body connection. A progressive level system evaluates and advances children in their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the NinjaZone creed. Children build strength, agility, and learn at their own pace.

Ninja Yellow & Green

Length: 1 Hour
Ages: 5 – 7 + 8 – 11 years
Cost: $143.70 per month
Ninja Yellow & Green is an invite only fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, parkour, and character building. These programs build upon the basics learned in Ninja White and take training to the next level! Progressive difficulty and more focus on strength, conditioning & technique allow your child to feel confident in their growth as both an athlete and teammate.

Ninja House Team

Length: 1.5 Hours
Ages: 7+
Cost: $221.00
Tryouts Required
The Ninja Team program is designed to offer a competitive experience outside of NinjaZone classes to train additional ninja skills in preparation for Team Competition at the Ninja Games. Ninja Team trains multiple times a week in preparation for three Ninja Game Competitions a year!
