Program Commitment Guidelines – Gymnastics, Dance and Ninja

To ensure a consistent and enriching experience for all participants, we require a 21-week commitment to the program. Here are the key details:

  1. Commitment Duration
    • Participants must commit to attending classes for  21 consecutive weeks to fully benefit from the program.
  2. Enrollment Benefits
    • A 21-week commitment allows for structured progress and development, ensuring students achieve their goals.
  3. Flexible Options
    • Should circumstances arise, we offer options for class swaps or make-up sessions to accommodate individual needs within the commitment period.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    • Clients wishing to withdraw from the program before the 21 weeks may need to provide a notice period and may incur a fee, depending on the timing.
  5. Support and Communication
    • We encourage open communication. If participants encounter challenges, please reach out to discuss potential solutions.

 

Program Commitment Guidelines – Tumbling and Cheerleading

If you’re considering enrolling in the tumbling and cheer program that requires a 12-week commitment, it’s important to understand the terms and conditions associated with such a commitment.

  1. Commitment Period: The program requires participants to commit to attending classes for the entire 12-week session. This commitment ensures that participants have enough time to learn and progress through the skills and routines taught in the program.
  2. Cancellation or Withdrawal: If you decide to cancel or withdraw from the program before completing the full 12 weeks, a $75 fee is charged if you withdraw from the program before the end of the 12-week session.
  3. Notification Requirement: The program requires you to provide 30 days written notice before withdrawing. This notice period allows the program to manage their class sizes and scheduling effectively.
  4. Purpose of Commitment: The 12-week commitment is typically designed to ensure continuity in learning and skill development. It also helps the program maintain a stable roster of participants throughout the session.
  1. Eligibility for Makeup Classes
    • Students must be actively enrolled in class to be eligible for makeup classes.
  2. Expiration of Makeup Classes
    • Missed classes can be made up within 30 days from the date of absence. After this period, the opportunity to make up the class will expire.
  3. Scheduling Makeup Classes
    • Makeup classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Make up classes can be scheduled through the parent portal or by contacting the gym to arrange a suitable time.
  4. Limitations
    • A maximum of 4 makeup classes can be taken within the enrollment period.
  5. No Refunds
    • Makeup classes cannot be exchanged for credits or refunds.

To ensure a safe and effective learning environment, students are required to adhere to the following dress code:

  1. General Attire
    • Students should wear athletic clothes or a gymnastics leotard.
    • Ballet/lyrical dancers should wear leotard and tights (optional: shorts)
    • Hip Hop dancers should wear comfortable clothes
    • Tumbling and Cheerleading athletes should wear form fitting comfortable clothes
  2. Hair Requirements
    • Hair must be tied back and away from the face to prevent distractions and ensure safety.
  3. Footwear Guidelines
    • Barefoot is required for gymnastics.
    • Dance shoes must be worn for dance classes.
    • Sneakers are required for cheerleading and tumbling.

To ensure the safety of all students, please adhere to the following procedures:

  1. Arrival
    • Parents/guardians must walk students in and out of the building.
  2. Safety Protocol
    • No students will be allowed to leave the building alone.
  3. Timeliness

Please arrive 5 minutes before class to ensure students are ready and prepared for their class.

 

 

Monthly Tuition Billing

  • Automatic Billing: Monthly tuition will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month.
  • Payment Method: Payments will be processed using the credit or debit card on file.

 

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been processed.

Late Fee Guidelines

  • A late fee of $25 will be applied to accounts with outstanding balances after 15 days past the due date.
  • To avoid late fees, please ensure timely payment of tuition and fees.

Waitlist Guidelines

  1. Contact Method
    • Customers on the waitlist will be contacted via phone, text, and email when a spot becomes available.
  2. Response Time
    • Customers have 24 hours to respond to the offer. If there is no response within this timeframe, they will be removed from the waitlist.
  3. Re-Enrollment
    • If removed, customers may reapply to the waitlist at any time.
